DAY 1 - JB to Melaka

This was the day that we long waited. Vi Horng and I planned this more than 3 months ago, finally the day reached. Early in the morning, Vi Horng, Wen Yin, Chee Keng and I took bus to Melaka. I chat all the way with Chee Keng. Lol. Then, we took bus to Jonker and have our lunch there.

Just out from lunch, we bought this durian puff.

We like to eat...

Then, as planned, we have to find room to stay. Chong Hoe Hotel on Jalan Tukang Emas was the one. It was nice and comfortable. RM80 a night for 4 of us with air-con and bathroom attached. After 'unload' our belongings, we headed to Dataran Pahlawan. It took about 1 hour to reach because we took lots of photos all the way. After a Hi-Tea session, we went to Jusco to meet Jye Wann.

Dinner time... We decided to go Garden Recipe. It was a nice place and we enjoy a lot. Jessica said the boss is her friend's mum and she is a doctor. Oh my god... Doctor cum boss with a so so nice cafe. Serves healthy food and provides cozy place for customers. I shall say this is a good idea. Looking at the menu made us hard to decide what to eat because all looked tasty. Yummy!!

Thanks to Jye Wann's friends Kang Yong and Ken be our drivers sent us back to Chong Hoe. Later, Botak and Yean Ruey pay us a visit with Wong's car. Thanks too. We have great time chatting chatting and chatting. Never be so shiok for so long. Maybe should have a trip with them again too.

Here ends our day 1 with saying goodbye to Jye Wann, Botak and Yean Ruey.
