P'Yai Thai Restaurant, Taman Impian Emas

For twice I bought a deal from Groupon. It is a platform where dealer advertise their discounted deal and we the consumers browse on Groupon page choose and purchase the offered deal. All kinds of deal offered on Groupon such as meal, merchants, shopping deals, hair care, facial treatment etc. You may purchase the deal online and make payment as well then redeem the deal during the offered period.

Well, back to the topic. This is a newly opened Thai cuisine restaurant in Taman Impian Emas namely P'Yai Thai Restaurant. Visit their Facebook fan page to know more. Menu is posted and lots of the dishes pictures as reference before you patronise.

Signature Thai Cuisine -- Tom Yum Soup

Green Curry
My first trial on this, taste savoury. 

I bought the deal for two people at RM18. Served with Seafood Tom Yum Soup, Green Curry, plain rice, drinks and dessert. For me it is quite cheap with the served portion. We ordered some other dishes as we have four dining in.

Prawn with Petai
Served on sizzling pan, thumb up!

Sotong Salted Egg
The sotong is considerable tender but it would be better if covered with more salted egg.

Pineapple Fried Rice
Combination of juicy pineapple cube, crunchy cashew nut, raisins with rice is very tempting. 

Fried Soo Hoon
Or more familiarly known as tang hun.

Dessert
The tapioca is covered with thick and salty coconut milk.
I don't really like this but it does taste good.

Overall rating 8/10. The food we had are quite nice and really filling. Price charged is reasonable. Only thing is that the layout should be improved a bit as the strong fan caused the food get cold very quickly. If this is resolved it would be much more better to enjoy the food served hot. Anyway, you may consider to patronise if you are a Thai cuisine lover.
