The annual event in Putrajaya, the Hot Air Balloon Fiesta is being held in Precinct 2 from 15th to 18th March 2012. I went there with friends on the second day of the fiesta. Putrajaya located not far from UPM and it is also where the government head quarter located. It is much more well-organised as compared to Kuala Lumpur. Anyway this is my personal opinion for being there for twice.
Go back to the topic... We reached there at 8am and managed to park our car at 8.30am. The event started on time and we missed the Hare and Hound Competition. We only get to see a few significant hot air balloon from foreign before they take off.
Public are not allowed to enter compound where the Tethered Rides takes place. Only those who bought ticket for the ride or with DSLR are allowed to enter. I have a friend with DSLR too so we entered for shooting. So glad that it was sunny day. Yeah!! I was so worrying if it would rain on the morning.

| This is where we can look at the inner part of the hot air balloon. Air is being pumped into the balloon and you may pay RM2 to enter for shooting if I am not mistaken. Huge!!! |

Other than hot air balloon, there are still a lot of activities there including Paintball, Water Orb, Bumper Orb, Pocket Bike, KMX Kart etc. May have fun besides seeing balloon.
