Din Tai Fung is originated from Taiwan and has over 40 outlets in 10 countries serving authentic Shanghainese and Taiwanese dishes. It also garnered 1 Michelin Star and won a number of awards.
I have heard of it some time ago and suggested to dine here. We went to The Gardens Mall outlet and it was almost full house during luncheon. I found it is a bit less spacious but luckily we were seated at the inner part where round table is.

Vinegar to be added to ginger for Xiao Long Bao. Chilli oil best matches with the main course later.
Xiao Long Bao - the soup-filling dumpling Each of it has at least 18 folds. Be careful of the hot soup while enjoying the succulent Xiao Long Bao!
Close up to see the folds.
Pumpkin with salted egg Crispy outer layer with salty egg fragrant plus soft and sweet pumpkin. This is so nice that everyone likes very much.
This is mine. Pork chop with ramen.
